I'm trying to get GPU to work with rpi4 and https://nixos.wiki/wiki/NixOS_on_ARM/Raspberry_Pi_4#Board-specific_installation_notes seems a bit outdated. For one, if I have hardware.deviceTree.overlays set to include vc4-fkms-v3d.dtbo it doesn't build at all. Anyone have a good example of how to get GPU working on rpi4? Without GPU it all works fine, but I really want to use wayland/cage.

also `boot.loader.raspberryPi.uboot.enable = false` doesn't do anything. my config.txt still has the uboot kernel. Not sure why that is.

Do you have a proper example config to get the rpi4 working in the first place? I don't get any changes to persist over boot. And that page is faaaaar from clear.

thefloweringash: sorry, only just saw your message. Nope, haven't seen that error before
<thefloweringash>
sphalerite: hmm, ok, thanks for checking
<sphalerite>
I had some issues with my nvme drive but it turned out to be its fault, and it works with a different one
<sphalerite>
(and the broken nvme drive doesn't work in an unrelated laptop either)
<thefloweringash>
it either crashes horribly within ~3 minutes of boot and remounts / as ro, or it works fine for weeks
<thefloweringash>
hmm, after examining the logs, it might not actually rewrite ro, but it certainly is very sad.
