sphalerite: i actually got edk2 installed in xspi and got working grub on my own

(though got the edk2 in there in a non-nix way)

(and by non-nix way i mean built https://github.com/SolidRun/lx2160a_uefi in an docker container with BOOT_MODE=flexspi_nor set, put that on an sd card with vendor uboot on another partition, read that into memory using uboot, switched the active mmc device to emmc, wrote
