you can produce them for your own use

or do as many users do and produce user-produced artifacts

yeah I can do that, but my question is can I produce 20.09 armv7?

it's made the same way aarch64 generic images are made, but using the armv7 files

you can, if you have ways to do an armv7 native build, or cross-compiling works enough to get a full armv7 system

how would you cross compile, given that example in the release I linked?
