I wonder how hard it would be to abort the current ofBorg CI run if someone force pushes on a branch or changes the base.. I've seen it multiple times that all the tags and people get requested for review because someone (e.g. me just am inute ago) was selecting the wrong base branch for a second.

gchristensen: I relocated the "running a builder" stuff to the "Operating a Builder" wiki page (that section in the readme just points there now)

I also removed `known_users` anything in the codebase, and in the `fixup!` commit I fixed most instances of passive voice

Oh, also removed `@GrahamcOfBorg` from the readme altogether -- it'll still work for people who have habits, but new users will only see the `@ofborg` recommendation
