We haven't posted a new azure image on the site since 2016. Is there any reason for that? The script to generate them still seems to work fine.

I can volunteer to look in to this, but no clue when I'll be able to do it :/. If some tested instructions which go from a checkout of nixpkgs to an uploaded image, it would be easy for that to happen much sooner

Well, I can tell you that the first part is (cd nixos/maintainers/scripts/azure && ./create-azure.sh), which creates an "azure" symlink
