colemickens: I remember what causes udev settle to hang during boot
<samueldr>
cameras
<colemickens>

<samueldr>
I don't know why, probably some nonsense about their firmware
<samueldr>
keyword: venus
<samueldr>
at least, if I remember right it was the cameras
<samueldr>

<colemickens>

<colemickens>
I don't really know if it was worth looking at
<samueldr>

<samueldr>
I looked to see if it was worth looking at :)

Hey I just fired off a build of https://github.com/samueldr/cross-system/ hopefully as a starting point for making custom RPi Zero W images and I'm wondering if that's a good idea? will the build take a day or a month on a desktop machine? will the image support e.g. wifi and camera on the RPi? would anyone please point me in the right direction?
<lukego>
(and if the cross-compile build is likely to take weeks/months I'm wondering if there's e.g. a binary cache available to pool build resources with others? but I'm building for armv6 here)
