What is the "3. Review" label supposed to mean? Has review? Needs review?

I'm building nix from source, and I was wondering if it's possible to build a fully static binary of nix?

hmm, sonarpulse isn't here :/ wanted to ping 'em on maybe somehow working on designing a test suite of actually-in-use patterns for systems and cross stuff
<gchristensen>
LnL: jst a couple hours east, to a lake

yes

Okay so I've written my RFC to the most part, there are still some TODO's, but I think it's ready for a PR at least. Following that would be finding a co-author, then finishing it up with their help, then presenting to the wider community via discourse.
<infinisil>
(RFC about deprecation)
<samueldr>
hey now, the RFC process plainly says to find a co-author *after* submitting the pull request :)
<infinisil>
(I think I said it like this? :P)
<samueldr>
ah yeah
<samueldr>
I kinda misinterpreted that you were looking for one *before* doing the PR :)
<infinisil>
I was just asking this here for whether this sounds good like that
<samueldr>
I didn't ask when sending an RFC PR in, I channeled some cleverness and just did it :)
<infinisil>
It's not *done*, but I don't wanna spend too much time on unimportant stuff, so it would be good for somebody else to look at it. That's why PR -> co author
<infinisil>
It's 95% done though
<samueldr>
same, there were and are unresolved questions, and the community is there for those
