I built a shell pkg which uses podman to spawn the shell session in a rootless container. we're using it at work to share a device running NixOS with non-NixOS container images. I'm wondering if this is an eligible project to move into the nix-community org, or maybe even into nixpkgs. Well, booting from flash, chrooting and rebuilding the initramfs is not that bad

(bisecting Xorg and glibc and kernel versions to find out why my Optimus setup stopped working: that was !!FUN!! even with Nix, even if not NixOS literally, no idea whether it would be survivable with Debian/Fedora)
