the convention is Help:[namespace name] for "how to work on those kind of pages", and [namespace name]:[namespace name] as the main page for a namespace AFAIK

I'm not sure we can copy templates from wikipedia... the license terms are unclear (to me), only the text is under CC-SA, there are lengthy terms of use
