Looking at the 19.09 evals, it looks like a bunch of "linuxPackages_X_Y.virutalboxGuestAdditons" failed to build due to something running out of space?

Hey! If someone can handle reporting (or maybe even fixing) the missing retrocompatibility release note (added assertion `services.openldap: Unless configDir is set, either rootpw or rootpwFile must be set`), I'm way too much lagging behind to handle it :/

nix defaults to too many parallel connections (25), it saturates any kind of pipe and squeezes out other connections

is there some nice way to figure out why a python dep is being pulled into some high level target? The python dep is disabled and thus just throws an eval error :/
