Not sure if tazjin wants that public, but they linked to it in #nixos, so it can't be too secret

I'm about to merge https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/61827 (openssl cve-2019-1543), but now I wonder whether I should direct that update to `staging` rather than `master`. Does anyone have a strong opinion on the matter?
<gchristensen>
"Due to the limited scope of affected deployments this has been assessed as low severity and therefore we are not creating new releases at this time." usually I'm of the opinion openssl things go right to master, but since they didn't rush a release, I don't feel rushed to release
<peti>
Yeah, that makes sense.
