Meh. It's frustrating for sure, but being unix gives it a lot of tools automatically. Just slap Nix on, patch the annual nixpkgs breakage, and your'e good to go :P

IIRC, you can't get multiple linux users under WSL. Plus it fundamentally doesn't solve the countless security problems with Windows

I'd most prefer to see Apple admit that terminal and file system access is something users actually want though. Then iOS could possibly be barely good enough for me.

yeah probably, although theoretically it can have an android/ios client which can handle such things but I think there is no clients so far
