<Notkea[m]> hello, how can I load an external module in home-manager?

<alexarice[m]> I seem to remeber that home.file used to just create a symlink straight from the target to the source, but now it seems to make a derivation with the file and links to that. Is there any way to get the old behaviour back?

<benkolera> Alexarice[m]: The only way I know that works is to use an activation script that symlinks. This script doesn't symlink, but if you change that script to symlink it'll do the job. https://github.com/benkolera/nix/blob/master/home-manager/default.nix#L79
