has anyone used OPNsense or PFsense? I'm about to install these on a router I am building (last part comes in next week) and it technically would be cool to use nix instead.

I have used pfSense since, forever

But not really used ALL the features. But I switched to NixOS on my router instead

yeah? I think the main things I want are "discoverability" of packages, since I'm new to running my own router, and... well all of the packages.

but if someone can tell me "here is everything on pfsense that you _actually_ need" I can give up on that first one
