because of that focus, I initially assumed it was someone going around all wikis creating a user profile just so it exists and (hopefully) helps their SEO or something along the line

I really do not know either. Maybe we can convince Nasirhm to also link back to the wiki pages in facebook? As it is "only" a user page i do not think it is all too bad
