andi-: just small details regarding hotel - we figured out together (i was not sure if they will be okay with that, as they will lost money because there will be not so high, or even none fees)

but we figured out that making some kind of voucher code and let everyone book hotel by its own (with special price from these few hotels i was talking about)

fine, i will sum it up here and then add it to Trello, soooo:

1. we need to figure out design of name badges, what everything will be on it, how it should look (we need svg InkScape format to properly laser it into wood) - processing time of badges for all visitors - about 160 badges i calculated, is 4 days at max (depending on how much things will be lasered onto badge)

2. already mentioned organization, we figured out laws about it here and now we are one step closer to make it, we just need more people into that organization (there is minimal limit of 5 people..)

3. there is also important to buy holder "ropes" for those badges (dunno know where for now - anybody else knows?)

for me is critical - NEED TO BE DONE/FIGURED OUT ASAP - hotel,tickets over goout.net, creation of organization, badges (really long time for printing and we need to modify, generate all badges.. its not as easy as printing on paper)
