I got a phone call saying "This is <PROVIDER>. Your account has been locked due to bla bla bla behavior on the account. To unlock your account, please enter your billing zipcode, account password, and last 4 of your social security number"
<gchristensen>
I entered all 9's and it said my account was unlocked
