oh wow, the pdump build process in emacs in combination with native code leads to some really weird failure modes

on the mac, the build installs the "emacs" binary in two places: in the bin/ dir, and in the mac app bundle's Contents/MacOS/Emacs path, and the native code pre-dump code sets the ELN files' load paths to be relative to the binary... so the bin/emacs binary works, and the app bundle doesn't because the ELNs are at a different depth

I suppose in nix, we can get away with hardcoding the absolute pathname in the derivation directory, so that should fix it nicely (:
