<samueldr>
(not the first time I shared ebbr here) I looked at the spec previously and it looks promising
<andi->
still not through the wiki and video but I guess it will take >5y to get wide adoption?
<samueldr>
the franken-usb image I made the other day is technically ebbr bootable :3
<samueldr>
in theory, things can already be made ebbr compliant at some level using u-boot
<samueldr>
AFAIUI it can be applied today to most existing things supported by u-boot

I like Grant Likely's style

I think I know what my week-end project is: review ebbr as far as applying to current boards, and flash my pine a64-lts to be ebbr-compliant :)
<samueldr>
(and document the flashing process as it's hard to find notes about it)
<andi->
that would be nice :)

I think something can be done on raspberry pi, but it may be limited to compute modules, to add an SPI flash from which it can boot
