We had the impression that the last year(s) was already very tiresome and packed that is why this time there will be more time between talks and potentillay longer breaks and less talks. I just want to allow people that really want to give a talk yet another chance to submit it. For the next year(s) we will probably want to discuss if we want to change the format of the NixCon slightly. I have not

talked about this with anyone but maybe either 2 hackdays or 4 days in total or something like that would be better? I was thinking of having a small discussion round during the hackday to do a "post"-conference discussion (with interested parties) and next years team (if that exists already).

on friday we have main open space (160 people) + green meeting room (about 16 people) + sky room (20 people with tables, 40 without)

and i dont see reason why make it on friday just at open space, its friday.. at least beginner track should be there, sky roon could be fine for 20 with laptops, or without (like, with just chairs) 40. that should be pretty enough
