So I figured out what the difference between setting a talk to accepted and confirmed is. The logical next step for us is `Accepted` then people will be sent an email where we ask for `confirmation` (e.g. they really attend)

All those mails have to be send manually (they are collected in the outbox) so I'll just go ahead and "accept" the highest voted once to sketch out a schedule.

so, inside "Questions", there's a nice table breakdown for the answers of each questions. Next time, we simply only need to ask these questions for the regular tickets (and not hackday) to avoid duplicates

I send out an invite for a meeting tomorrow ( zimbatm, adisbladis, flokli, martyet-o, …) Would be nice if you could respond. We are a bit overdue with just about 30d left.

andi-: saw it, sent a maybe - will know and update in an hour or two. But I can tell already here that I got all the tshirt sizes out of pretix, added the still-unsold tickets on top of it (plus some slack), and they'll start ordering textiles now

martyet-o: can you give us some details on the table/chair layouts of the rooms that you booked? Is that as on the pictures? Would be really nice to know that for e.g. planning the beginners workshop. The TV (on the picture from the website) looks a bit small for people to recognize it. Generally there are still waaaay too many unknowns
