<energizer> `home-manager switch -b bak` still says the files are in the way
<judson> Have you done that before? IIRC, it'll refuse to move files when they'll clobber a bak file.
<judson> You could use bak2 if you need.
<energizer> i tried, it didnt help
<judson> But it might be worth looking at your bak files...
<judson> Huh.
<energizer> i ended up just rming them, so whatevs :)

<bpye> Hey, I’m writing a module for waybar and have a few questions. Waybar likely doesn’t need to be on the user path, rather another package would be configured to call it - does it still make sense for enable to add the package to the systemPackages or are any modules pure config only? Secondly, waybar doesn’t have a reasonable default config upstream, as I best to add something minimal or should I leave it totally
<bpye> unconfigured.
<bpye> Also one of the config files is CSS, we don’t have any alternative than to expose that as a string right?
<bpye> Also, not a related question, but has anyone made the redshift-gtk tray icon work (with sway?) . It seems that it’s missing the appindicator dependency in Nixpkgs but even having added that I’m just seeing a missing icon

<bpye> I guess I’ve answered one question myself... it shouldn’t be a program but a service

<dmarcoux15> bpye: Regarding redshift-gtk and the missing icon, did you fix it? I also have this issue.
<dmarcoux15> I'll check the logs later :)

<dmarcoux15> Is it possible in home-manager to refer to an option from nixpkgs like `${config.services.autorandr.defaultTarget}` ??? I tried it and it fails with `error: attribute 'autorandr' missing` because `services.autorandr` is from nixpkgs
<dmarcoux15> I did it with an option from hoe-manager with `${config.programs.fzf.defaultCommand}` and this is working since `programs.fzf.defaultCommand` is defined by home-manager
