Cheers. The documentation for blueman-applet service is incorrect, as just adding pkgs.blueman to systemwide services.dbus.packages wouldn't add blueman-mechanism as a systemd service, causing the applet to fail to start.

While digging into this, I also found out that reloadSystemD doesn't actually reload systemd if the latter is in degraded state, due to systemctl is-system-running returning a non-zero exit code in this case.

The correct documentation would suggest enabling services.blueman in configuration.nix, but as this option is a very recent addition (Sep 3 2019), I won't do it myself: I'm sure someone smarter than me can figure out what exactly one should write there.
