<Mic92> fadenb: can you add a link to the wiki frontpage? https://events.ccc.de/congress/2018/wiki/index.php/Assembly:NixOS
<fadenb> Mic92 (IRC): will do (currently fighting with WIFIonICE ;)
<nixoswikibot> [[Main Page]] https://nixos.wiki/index.php?diff=2863&oldid=2733&rcid=2913 * Fadenb * (+701) Add 35c3 assembly info prominently on start page
<fadenb> Mic92 (IRC): something like this?
<fadenb> local binary cache? You don't trust the noc to provide fast enough connectivity? ;)
<fadenb> Hmm, seems like I am sitting in the other hall (at GAF)
<makefu> fadenb: this is just out of experience from previous congresses.
<fadenb> This year we could try to morse on the traffic graph by installing nixos often enough in proper intervals :p
<Mic92> fadenb: the local network was often a problem. Sometimes dhcp server dies on ethernet or people try to download via Wlan.
<Mic92> I think we also did not had too many switches last year.

<makefu> also, sometimes the bincache is somewhat slow
<makefu> with the local bincache we should be able to server 100mb/s
