gchristensen: mind giving me cancel-jobs, btw? I'm trying to patiently shepherd https://hydra.nixos.org/build/142486460 but it's wedged again and I'm impatient
<domenkozar[m]>
andi-: thanks for volunteering :P
<andi->
domenkozar[m]: Sure, I have one thing in mind that is trivial an yet a world rebuild ;)
<sterni>
anybody around that can change the configuration of a jobset in the nixpkgs project?
<domenkozar[m]>
sterni: sure
<sterni>
domenkozar[m]: can you point haskell-updates to pkgs/top-level/release-haskell.nix from the haskell-updates branch
<sterni>
domenkozar[m]: the ciSrc input can be removed altogether
<domenkozar[m]>
done
<sterni>
domenkozar[m]: thank you!

gchristensen: no idea (disk size of new mac)
<ikwildrpepper>
could be, as I think we didn't have any other (affordable) options
<ikwildrpepper>
gchristensen: if it is a huge problem, I think I have 2 ssds laying around still from the 2 macs that broke a while ago
<gchristensen>
ikwildrpepper: it'd be great if we could do an upgrade, right now I have a cronjob in place that restarts the mac if the host gets within 5G of running out of space :)
<gchristensen>
the VM's root disk is a thin-provisioned 128G disk, so it takes up 12G but as the worker works it expands in place on the host until it fills the disk
<ikwildrpepper>
gchristensen: probably can only do the 'surgery' in the weekend
<gchristensen>
sure, this cronjob is doing the business for now :)
<ikwildrpepper>
oh, then i'll do it next month :-p
<gchristensen>
haha
<ikwildrpepper>
sorry, in a i-hate-computers-mood after two days of baking
<gchristensen>
gosh, I get it
<gchristensen>
those pictures were stunning
<ikwildrpepper>
all our neighbors got bread :D
<gchristensen>
won't you be my neighbor?
<ikwildrpepper>
gchristensen: I'll be your in house baker when designate systems gets its first office
