<antifuchs> mjlbach: I could, but I was relying on home-manager to do the right thing (which it does!)
<antifuchs> in fact, every gtk app (and every other x11 app) worked correctly, except emacs
<mjlbach> that's bizarre
<antifuchs> and, the really funny bit is, if I override emacs to not use gtk3, it all works (:
<antifuchs> my guess is that one of the hidpi-related env vars I'm setting have caused emacs to scale the pointer back down, as if it was an image
<antifuchs> not using the pgtk3 branch, mind - that one did misbehave too though, if I'm remembering right
