<talyz> adisbladis: I thought about that, but the api doesn't use file names and would have to be changed for that to work

<dash> maybe adding an `orgTangle` function would be enough
<adisbladis> I don't like that

<wedens[m]> I've installed emacsGcc from the latest emacs-overlay applied to the latest nixos-unstable channel, but native-compile fails
<adisbladis> wedens[m]: I think only deferred compilation works
<adisbladis> You're gonna have to set LIBRARY_PATH somehow
<adisbladis> I'm open to suggestions, but a wrapper is not good enough
<wedens[m]> is `native-compile-async` deferred compilation?
<adisbladis> Yes
<adisbladis> the situation is unfortunate, but I wouldn't want to pollute LIBRARY_PATH
<wedens[m]> ok. `native-compile-async` is what straight.el (and consequently doom-emacs) uses, so that should work...
<wedens[m]> but I don't have any .eln files, only empty files like .local/straight/build/ivy/eln-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-00d68a2f3b2f6094/ivy-overlay.eln.error
<wedens[m]> seems like those `.eln.error` are added by doom-emacs. don't see any errors :/

<Guest10762> Anyone else has problems running `org-version`? I get `Org mode version N/A (N/A !!check installation!! @ mixed installation! /nix/store/mxdlh8ll6zfib7af5cxpa9c8a16p9dql-emacs-packages-deps/share/emacs/site-lisp/elpa/org-20200727/ and /nix/store/mxdlh8ll6zfib7af5cxpa9c8a16p9dql-emacs-packages-deps/share/emacs/site-lisp/elpa/org-20200727/eln-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-00d68a2f3b2f6094/)` which breaks `org-roam`.
<Guest10762> I'm using the overlays, the emacs-init module and emacsGcc.

<aterius> Yeah, I have this issue, I thought that comp-async-env-modifier form fixed it originally but for some reason setting the same LIBRARY_PATH with it (inside emacs) doesn't fix it
<aterius> setting the same LIBRARY_PATH as an env variable though does fix it
<aterius> I thought this worked previously but maybe it was just silently failing...
