any suggestions for how to deal with precedence in case multiple setup hooks set the same phase?
orivej has quit [Ping timeout: 268 seconds]
<yorick>
FRidh: more phases
<FRidh>
yorick: in this case I have multiple hooks, each having a function for a installCheckPhase (with different names). I then set the installCheckPhase to such a function. I guess its better to add it to the preDistPhases and within the phase check whether it should be executed

w.r.t. shepherd teams on the RFCs, perhaps every member of every shepherd team should be part of a team which has read-only access to the RFC repo, so they can be assigned
