<matthewbauer> gchristensen: ah yeah that's my primary
<gchristensen> cool matthewbauer, you now have permission to restart jobs and trigger evaluations on hydra
<matthewbauer> gchristensen: ok thanks! great work on clearing the hydra backlog btw
<gchristensen> :) thanks!

<matthewbauer> LnL: yeah definitely. a few more still failing but lots of those can be fixed with ```stdenv = llvmPackages_5.stdenv``` overrides
<gchristensen> whatchya working on?
<LnL> yeah, clang updates usually have better type checking resulting in some regressions
<LnL> gchristensen: 10.12 sdk + clang update
<LnL> I forget, does this mean we'll also have templated CF/NS collections?
<gchristensen> nice

<matthewbauer> LnL: yeah that should be available. i think it was added in either 10.11 or 10.12
<matthewbauer> it looks like one or more of the hydra machines are out of space: https://hydra.nixos.org/build/92549744/nixlog/1/tail
<LnL> yeah, that happens sometimes :/
<gchristensen> uh oh
<LnL> and the logic that marks those as intermittent isn't implemented for darwin I think
<gchristensen> those machines did a loootttt of work
<LnL> :)
<gchristensen> I'm not surprised the cron didn't go fast enough catch up

<gchristensen> ok I "fixed" that node
<LnL> has anybody tried using the min/max freed options for hydra builders?
<gchristensen> I thought I set that up, but maybe not ...
<cransom> i did that on my master hydra instance and after i did, started getting random build failures when files reportedly disappeared. turned it off, fine again.
<LnL> on the master you can run into trouble with IFD expressions, but I've not had any problems on my builder
<LnL> and you also don't want to trigger it too often, the code that checks references of running progams is pretty slow
<cransom> yeah. i do a bit of ifd which was likely the problem.
