is setting +eip (in any combination) on a capability in a systemd unit useful?

like from what I understand CapabilityBoundingSet is basically the "p" (permitted)

and AmbientCapabilities could be interpreted as "e" (effective)

the manpage only states "Note that this option also affects the respective capabilities in the effective, permitted and inheritable capability sets."

so I feel like there is no point in setting +eip or any combination thereof
