What change, and how is it biting you?

there was a change a few months back that makes nixpkgs-unstable and nixos-20.03 calculate the cargoSha256 hash differently, and travis is stubbornly forcing the new hash calculation method on me, I cannot make my tower and travis calculate the hash the same way.
