Oh boy~ Thanks.
<
qyliss>
eek, think the 2.4.8 tarball might be broken
<
qyliss>
It doesn't build, and complains with something about a .gitignore
<
qyliss>
Running diffoscope against 2.4.7...
<
qyliss>
It's something to do with documentation
<
qyliss>
ruby_2_4.override { useRailsExpress = false; docSupport = true; }; works, but not docSupport = false;
<
qyliss>
I'm stumped.
<
qyliss>
or... does it
<
qyliss>
Emacs thinks so but Firefox doesn't
<
samueldr>
I got one for lists.ruby-lang.org
<
qyliss>
Yeah me too
<
samueldr>
on firefox
<
qyliss>
curl gets that for me too
<
samueldr>
dns cache or something like that I figure
<
samueldr>
(for your firefox)
<
qyliss>
Or maybe some sort of www. / root cache thingy
<
qyliss>
I run into some problem like this with their infra every time I need to look at their website
<
samueldr>
they told us about the levels of hell, but forgot "cache eviction issues"
<
qyliss>
And worst of all reporting bugs by email doesn't seem to work, so informing them of these things is extremely annoying
