For the record, I'm still interested in Redox but it looks like they're trying to build their own (non-declarative) package manager, which has been unmotivating

I do plan to continue development, although at a slower pace. I'm also going to start PRing some non-Redox-related changes that I've made locally to Nixpkgs over the past few months

It's encouraging to maintain less-popular platforms on Nixpkgs because, since Nix is a language, contributions can be re-used by a variety of other platforms. And Nix being declarative means that once something works, it stays working, so I won't need to recall any setup steps before working on Redox again
