Heute spricht Nico über den Paketmanager Nix (https://nixos.org/) und die darauf basierenden Linuxdistribution NixOS. Durch die funktionale Natur von Nix wird Paketverwaltung verlässlich und reproduzierbar. NixOS treibt das ganze noch eine Stufe weiter, die gesamte Distribution wird durch eine einzige Konfigurationsdatei definiert. Dadurch werden Serverumzüge und Rollbacks trivial.
