Hat von euch schon mal jemand LaTeX Klassen vernixt? das nixpkgs manual gibt da nix her, ich lese mich gerade durch die derivations.

Meine Uni hat nen corporate design, das natürlich nicht in CTAN ist. Und globale well-known search directories gibt es ja mit NixOS nicht.

Platte liegt, da es die Dateien auch nur im Intranet gibt. Für Hinweise auf intelligentere Lösung bin ich sehr dankbar, wenn wir das mal ausbaldowert haben sollten wir das zumindest mal in nen Wikischnipsel überführen.

manveru: bzgl. lorri: ich seh grad nicht die Differenz von lorri zu Mic's .direnvrc, die benutz ich aktuell

und ich dachte mkDerivation ist das kleinste was man hernehmen kann, was ist denn weniger overkill? :D

lorri verwendet direnv von zimbatm

hat ein paar nette eingeschaften für nix, z.b. dass es automatisch GC roots für die shell anlegt, und im hintergrund baut so dass man nicht warten muss

runCommand z.b. vermeidet abhängigkeiten auf gcc/clang

manveru: clever. In meinem Kopf waren mkDerivation und die ganzen Sachen wie writeText noch disjunkte Sachen, aber sind sie ja konsequenterweise überhaupt nicht.

wobei ich mich auch frag warum die das nicht gleich so hinschreiben sondern man sich das überlegen muss, aber nein, irgendwelcher nichtautomatisierter stateful nix-env krepel.
