I can do that. Radars (as they used to be called) are infamously ignored in most cases, however, so I don't have much hope for it leading to a fix.

Maybe it works if there is already an apple developer that want's to fix it.

Maybe, though the original (very long and detailed) thread in https://github.com/NixOS/nix/issues/2925 did have an Apple developer participating in the discussion, pre-Catalina, and that didn't seem to make any difference.
