I have, but not via the `plugins` option... I found that the coc-* plugins are too out-of-date in nixpkgs for my liking.

it seems that adding vimPLugins.coc-clangd to programs.neovim.plugins doesn't automatically expose clangd to neovim

You need to add it to `programs.neovim.extraPackages`

I found alternative "clangd.path" in coc-settings.json that I set to "${pkgs.clang-tools}/bin/clangd". But maybe extraPackages will be useful for haskell LSP :) thank you
